What data is collected
When you buy a course or product, I process the data needed to complete the order (name, email, delivery and payment details). Payments are handled by Visma Pay, and your card details are never stored on this site. When you log in, the site sets the cookies required for login.
When you send a message through the contact form, I store your name, email address, and message so I can reply to you. This is processed based on the consent you give in the form before sending.
If you join the “Interested in Grip?” list on the homepage, I store your email address so I can send you a few messages a year about Grip services, courses, and current content. This is always based on the separate consent you give – the checkbox for joining is never pre-ticked.
In both cases, I also store a record of what you consented to and when, so that consent can be shown if needed later.
On the contact form, you can also separately and voluntarily agree to receive marketing messages from me by email or WhatsApp. This is your own, separate choice and is never a condition for having your message handled – you can get in touch without agreeing to marketing messages. If you don’t separately agree to this, your email address is not used for marketing and you are not added to any mailing list.
If you contact me via WhatsApp, your messages pass through Meta’s (WhatsApp’s owner) systems, and are in addition subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.
Who I share your data with
I don’t share your data with third parties, except with the payment provider needed to process payment (Visma Pay) and, if you choose to contact me via WhatsApp, with WhatsApp (Meta) for delivering the message.
What rights you have
You can ask to see or have deleted the data stored about you by getting in touch with me. You can also withdraw your marketing consent – whether given via the contact form or when joining the “Interested in Grip?” list – at any time by getting in touch.
